R.S.V.P.: NYITCOM Alumni Reception and Fireworks Show at OMED

We’re looking forward to an exciting night of cocktails, refreshments, and fireworks as we reconnect with colleagues and friends. We will be meeting at the International Gateway Entrance to Epcot between 7:15 and 7:30 p.m. If you choose to walk from the Dolphin/Swan Hotel, please follow the path from the hotel to Epcot.  The walk should take 15 - 20 minutes.

If you choose to take the Friendship Boat, the ride will take about 20 - 25 minutes, but there might be a wait for the boat to become available. Please allow an additional time of 30 minutes for boat availability. The Friendship Boat Dock is located on the Bridge that connects Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels.

Guides will be escorting the group from the International Gateway Entrance to Mexico Vista at 7:30, 7:45 and 8:15 p.m. Please ensure you are arriving at one of these three times.

At 9:30 p.m., we will head over to ride Test Track. After Test Track, we will be escorted as a group back to the International Gateway to take the Friendship Boat back to the hotel. Guides will be available at the end of the night to escort any guests not wishing to ride Test Track back to the International Gateway for departure.
