DEADLINE to order your Final Roar Spirit Box is Friday, May 7, 2021.
Although times may remain a bit uncertain, the Final Roar planning committee has been working to create ways to celebrate YOU and make your final days as a student at New York Tech as enjoyable as possible. We are planning events virtually and drive thru for the week of May 3–8.
EVENTS
Class of 2021 has collaborated with the annual university tradition of Mayfest to provide a fun-filled and engaging week of activities. These events are FREE to attend and register is not required. However, to experience the perks of Final Roar and contribute to the Senior Class Gift, we ask for a gift of $20.21.
FINAL ROAR SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
In addition to Mayfest events, there are several unique ways for the Class of 2021 to participate in Final Roar. They are:

- Spirit Boxes: Will there be a apparel or Bluetooth earbuds? You won’t know unless you sign up for a mystery spirit box! Boxes will be mailed to wherever you are currently residing and will also be available for pick up during the week of May 3-8. When you receive it, snap a pic of you wearing your sweatshirt, tag @nyitalumni and #nyitfinalroar!
- New York Tech Royalty: Congratulations to our 2021 New York Tech Royalty: Kathryn Vu (Long Island), Vrund Patel (Long Island), and Elis Cucka (New York City). New York Tech Royalty will be crowned at the Glam Ball Extravaganza: Drive In & Drag event on Wednesday, May 5 from 7-10 p.m. ET.
- Senior Shout-Outs: We want to celebrate your time at Tech for our entire community to see! Submit a senior quote, a favorite memory while at Tech, and a few photos from your years here to be featured on the @mynyit Instagram page! #SeniorsofNYIT Submission Form >
