Meet the Panelists

Panelist Archie Campbell
Archie Campbell

Chief Financial Officer, Arrow Group

Born and raised in Scotland, Campbell has an honors degree in law from the University of Dundee (Scotland) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) in the United Kingdom and a Cerftified Public Accountant and CA in Canada. He trained with KPMG in the United Kingdom and worked for them on international secondment in both Eastern Europe and Canada. Since 1994, he has held various senior financial and executive management positions in both public and privately held companies and groups, including companies with private equity ownership. Campbell's particular niche is working for family-owned businesses and being their senior financial excutive as well as their trusted family advisor.

A lifelong learner, Campbell is a graduate of the leading Optimal Performance Program as well as the Optimal Negotiator, Become CEO and Game Changer programs and the Corporate Risk Management program at Harvard Business School. He has also completed the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) program and is a certified FEA. He recently also completed the Director's Education Program run by the Institute of Corporate Directors of the University of Toronot's Rotman School of Management and the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, and now holds the ICD.D certification.

Panelist Justin Malczewski

Justin Malczewksi
Regional Sales Manager for CrowdStrike

Malczewski is a 30+ year veteran of the technology industry in Western Canada, having held a variety of senior sales and business development roles with a number of security vendors, technology start-ups, and Canada's leading telecommunications providers including TELUS and Bell. For the past 13+ years, the threats cyber-criminals, hacktivists, and rogue nations pose to society have led him to focuse his career in the area of IT security.

Malczewski currently holds the position of Regional Sales Manager for CrowdStrike, the world's leading provider of incident response, threat intelligence, endpoint protection, detection, and response solutions. Prior to CrowdStrike, Malczewski held senior cybersecurity sales roles with Cisco Systems, Fortinet, and Forcepoint (formerly Websense).

He is an active member of the Western Canada IT security community and is keenly interested in working within and outside of the security and privacy communities to foster a collaborative environment among like-minded professionals. Malczewski currently sits on the ISACA Vancouver Past President's Advisory Council, a professional organization with 650+ members representing the IT security, audit, risk, and governance professions. He is also their Director of Academic Relations. 

Panelist Sandy Moore

Sandy Moore
Senior Consultant, Optimum Talent

As a Senior Consultant with Optimum Talent, a leading provider of human resources, executive coaching and career management, Moore brings more than 25 years of diverse HR experience encompassing recruitment and selection, career transition, employee retention, and performance & change management.
Previously, she served as the HR Director for Smythe CPA, receiving the North American Award for best practices in recruiting. Additionally, she worked as a Senior Career Consultant for a global management company and achieved top results as a recruiter with an established placement agency in downtown Vancouver.

Moore managed the M.B.A. Careers at Simon Fraser University and currently facilitates numerous workshops for UBC in addition to assisting companies in human resources. She holds a master's degree in counseling and HR certifications, and is trained in numerous vocational assessment tools. In the community, Moore is an industry representative for the HR Management Association (CPHR BC & YK) and has served on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Arts Club Theatre.

Panelist Sarah Morgan

Sarah Morgan
Recruitment Manager, Robert Half Finance & Accounting

Originally from Australia, Morgan grew up on a farm and learned the value of hard work from a young age. She honed her customer service, sales, and entrepreneurial skills through working in many different industries including dental and health & wellness. Her most recent business endeavour in Australia was as owner and operator of her own registered massage business.

Prior to moving to Canada, Morgan spent one and a half years traveling through Latin America, Europe, and Asia before settling in Vancouver to pursue her career again. During her travels, she worked abroad in four different countries, which gave her invaluable insight into different cultures, business strategies, and economies.

Morgan is currently a recruitment manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and specializes in the placement of accounting and HR professionals. She assists companies who are struggling with hiring in the current market and works closely with candidates who are looking to make the right "next step" in their careers. Morgan focuses her attention on building strong relationships with the decision makers in companies, as well as the candidates wanting to be represented. With the market being as tough as it is and unemployment rates being at an all time low in Vancouver, she believes it is crucial that hiring for culture fit is a top priority.

Panelist Joseph Morakinyo

Joseph Morakinyo
Senior IT Project/Product Manager for the Vancouver Airport Authority

Morakinyo is an IT Manager with more than 10 years of industry experience in IT project/product management of enterprise-ide IT projects and business systems analysis. He has vast experience in leading and managing systems integration efforts and also cloud architecture design and deployment projects across multiple industries. Morakinyo has successfully led numeroud IT systems integration and development projects in the telecommunication, health care, education, and now YVR airport/aviation industries.

He holds a bachelor's degree with honors in electronic engineering from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom and a master's degree in information systems technology from George Washington University in the United States. Morakinyo is also a certified project management professional (PMP) byt the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified cloud solutions architect by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Panelist Kimberley St. Pierre

Kimberley St. Pierre
Account Manager, Palo Alto Networks

St. Pierre has more than 23 years of successful business development experience from supporting some of the largest and most strategic clients in British Columbia.

With almost 20 years of IT experience, St. Pierre has worked for both of Canada's largest national network service provides, Bell and TELUS. She chose to specialize in cybersecurity over three year ago and has truly found her professional passion.

With the World Economic Forum ranking cybersecurity in the top 5 of global risks, St. Pierre knows she's in the right profession and has a conviction to help businesses fight cyber attackers.

St. Pierre works as an account manager for the world's leading cybersecurity technology company, Palo Alto Networks, managing relationships with public sector clients. She is embedded within the local security and privacy community as Vice President on the Board of ISACA Vancouver and, most notably, as the past chair of the BC AWARE campaign for three years. She is also a member of the BC Government's Provincial Security Advisory Council (PSAC).

Panelist Dominic Vogel

Dominic Vogel
Founder and Chief Strategist, CyberSC

As Founder and Chieft Strategist at CyberSC, Vogel holds a proven track record within cybersecurity across multitude of industries including financial services, logistics, transportation, health care, government, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure. He actively participates in the Vancouver security community and is a well-respected cybersecurity expert for Global BC, CKNW980, News1130, and the Vancouver Sun. Vogel is also a highly regarded cybersecurity thought-leader and serves on the BC Provincial Cybersecurity Advisory Council (PSAC).

Vogel has served as keynote speaker at high-profile conferences and events across North America, including RSA Security, Cybersecurity Summit West, NYIT Cybersecurity Symposium, and InfoSec World.

Vogel focuses much of his energy on providing strategic security leadership to technology start-ups and small/midsize businesses to proactively solve their cybersecurity challenges. He strives to provide practical advice to his clients and actively turning the security consulting world upside down.
