American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer New York Tech Alumni Team

 

Join fellow NYIT Alumni at the largest breast cancer event in the country this October at Jones Beach State Park. The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a noncompetitive 5k (3.2 mi) walk that raises awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. 

All New York Tech alumni who raise $50 or more to support the American Cancer Society will receive a New York Tech Making Strides Against Breast Cancer t-shirt to wear proudly as we walk along the boardwalk.

Schedule:
7 a.m. - New York Tech registration and breakfast tailgate opens at Parking Field 5
8:30 a.m. - Start walk with New York Tech Alumni team

Fundraising: 
All monies raised will go directly to the American Cancer Society to fund innovative research, provide free information and support, and to help people reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it's most treatable.
