NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine kindly requests your participation at the White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2023 on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. The ceremony will be held at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, N.Y. with a reception immediately following. We would be honored and would greatly appreciate your participation in this ceremony in "coating" our students. Please complete the form below if you are able to participate in this memorable event.

*Please arrive by 4:15 p.m. and report to the Veranda Room for registration and light refreshments.
