Turn your home into a virtual winery! Thanks to co-hosts In Good Taste, you can relax with fellow Bears as a guest wine expert takes you on an interactive journey of fabulous tastings and interesting information about the wine that is shipped to your front door.
Each box is a $50 tax-deductible gift to the New York Tech Annual Fund and includes eight diverse California coastal wines—enough wine for 1-3 people!
This event will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing platform. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom event invite and password.
Registration is currently by email only. Please email Sabrina Polidoro at spolidor@nyit.edu with the number of boxes, mailing address, and phone number. We cannot guarantee shipping to arrive by December 9 for orders placed after November 23, 2020. However, we will be recording the event for you to watch at your leisure.
What's included in my tasting?
A flight of eight California coastal wines. Each glass bottle contains a generous 6 oz pour. A traditional tasting size is 2 ox. and a serving size at your favorite restaurant is 4 ox., so you will be sure to have enough wine to go around.

Virtual Tasting 101 - Your virtual tasting guide will:
- Introduce you to the world of wine, highlighting what makes each wine in the kit unique
- Provide high-level information and recommendations on how to taste wine along with helping you navigate the wine experience
- Review facts and trivia on wine production, the regions where grapes are harvested, as well as tips and recommendations on how to select your wines at your local store
How do I get my tasting box?
- We need your full address and we will take care of the order for you. Your tasting box will arrive to you prior to the event.
- Tasting kits must be signed by someone over 21 years of age. A front desk associate or doorman will be able to accept.
- Sorry Bears in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah. These states prohibit online wine sales.
- P.O. Boxes are NOT permitted
